While the paperwork for our property purchase was processed, the actual handover experience was incredibly disappointing. The apartment was left in an unacceptable, uncleaned condition, and we discovered several issues upon moving in that should have been disclosed during the sales process. What made this particularly frustrating was that the agent had a direct personal connection to the property (it belonged to his mother). Given that familiarity, he should have known the property’s true condition and ensured it was handed over to a professional standard. Instead, we were left to deal with the mess and the undisclosed faults immediately after settlement. Would not recommend.

Nick was a breath of fresh air as far as Real Estate agents go - after we had 2 agents failed to show anyone through our unit over a period of more than 3 months - Nick "hit the ground running" on the first showing and continued to showcase our unit till he got the result that we were looking for! Nick is what every Vendor is looking for, always immaculately dressed, he listens to his Clients requests and concerns, respectful of his Clients and their belongings, always informative of current market trends in the local area and he would send (without fail) a market report of how many people attended our unit, local sales in the area, market prices and how many people were interested in our unit via email and phone which would be sent to our email address every Monday - which was very interesting to hear.
