I could not possibly praise Phillis Real Estate enough tbh. From my first phone call Alex was attentive and motivated. Unfortunately timing had seen my property listed else where. After 3 months of marketing and no sale I decided to make a change, I choose Alex with hesitation. By the second open house, I had a great contract, which has just settled, without any issue. Every step with Alex and his agency was immaculate, enthusiastic and engaging. I felt supported and informed from beginning to end. Adam is the most down to earth and no bullshit sales person we have dealt with. His no frills no bullshit straightforward can do attitude sold our property. Our house didn’t sell at the first or 10th open house. Adam’s following up and persistence is what sold our property. Trust Brian with your property! He gets excellent results without any agent spin. We listed our property with Brian after trying another agency. He saw the value in our fully furnished ground floor apartment. He suggested a price which was above recent sales and was confident he would sell it, which he did! He helped organise some repairs then had the high quality photos done in two days! He wrote a great advertisement and the property was on the market. His ad received lots of interest from all over the country. He gave timely feedback on the interested buyers and was easily contactable. This was challenging as we live in WA in a different time zone, nevertheless, he got back to us straight away. A point of difference is his attention to detail. He did his due diligence and prepared a common question file for prospective buyers. Answers to all the common questions like BC fees, sinking fund, rental return.
