Selling with style
Alex stepped in and saved the day! With a very tight timeline and against all odds, Alex performed what felt like a miracle and sold my home in less than a week. He’s personable, knowledgeable, skilful and is not a superficial person with glib statements and promises. He truly cared and supported me through the sales process and I never felt like he was just doing his job. He went way above and beyond working all hours of the day and night, was honest, called when he said he would and kept me informed throughout. I would definitely ask Alex to buy or sell for me in the future and I can highly recommend him to others. Best northern Gold Coast agent!

Great results
Alex had immediate results during the start of Covid-19 when the market had the slight scare. Alex assured us that we would be able to get towards our goal selling price and achieved it. He was also extremely helpful with the after sales service of finding a short term rental which went above and beyond the contract terms. I have since recommended Alex and would have no hesitation recommending him in the future.

Professional Expertise and excellent service
Our experiences of real estate agents on the Gold Coast has not been inspiring. More often than not, we would not receive return calls, agents were reluctant to show us properties and did not follow up post view or inquiries. We came to understand that agents are a different breed in Queensland. And then we met Brian Phillis!! We could not believe the professionalism with which we were treated and informed regarding our property of interest. Mr Phillis was transparent with what could be possible in terms of sale price, settlement period and what was negotiable.
