Brett is an all rounder, experienced and a very good operator. He has a highly capable and effective team with him from first approach till settlement. As attorneys, we sold a home. He advised us on what buyers wanted, he wasn't fussed that the property still had old-fashioned furniture, he kept us in the loop at every step and after every open inspection and finally, he conducted the auction himself. If you live in the inner eastern suburbs, it'd be hard to go past Brett Pilgrim. We've never used Brett's services before this, we have no regrets, and we would definitely use his services again if we had to sell another property in the area.
