Brett, Stefan and the team at Harcourts Pilgrim were outstanding. Our house was sold at the first open for a price that far out weighed our expectation and that of comparable properties in the suburb. This was due to their hard work and exemplary negotiation techniques. The listing was outside their usual selling area but I believe they achieved such an incredible result because of the team effort and dedication to getting the best price for their vendor.
