When we first met Von for an open home inspection on a Monday evening. She was very friendly, welcoming us to see the place. We weren’t sure about this house and she was happy to show us around and mentioned an additional open house on the weekend. We then went back on Saturday morning and very happy with the place with better lighting and made our offer. Von and her team was very approachable. We had an amazing experience working with Von and all her team in selling our home. One of the great things working with Von was that she didn't over promise and under deliver. Von was so knowledgeable about the market and gave us a realistic picture of how long a sale would be likely to take and the kind of price we could expect. She then exceeded all expectations (under contract in less than a week at a price beyond what we had hoped for). Von was also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. We were buying and selling simultaneously, which meant real time constraints and a lot of pressure. Also, we were selling our first home and so we aren't experienced investors or anything and all the legalese and 'real estate speak' could be quite overwhelming. In every meeting and on every phone call, Von was happy to answer every question and explained everything that would happen in a way that was clear and reassuring. The communication from the whole team was fantastic throughout - we felt included and supported in the decision making, but also reassured that the team knew what they were doing and we could hand over our worries to them. We were always kept in the loop and were given detailed updates after every open or private inspection. Von was incredibly hard working and professional at every stage of the process and would be the only agent we would consider using in the future.
