Firstly, it is a rare occasion that I do any sort of rating for anyone. However, there is always an exception. We have dealt with a number of Agents over the past 40+ years to only sell our Investment Properties. Von, I have to say, is definitely not your standard agent. At least for selling as I cannot comment on purchasing an abode with her. And I am not the easiest to deal with in buying or selling Real Estate :) From the get go, on meeting Von I walked away knowing I had finally found an agent who wasn't all about filling their own pockets or chest puffing. Here’s the picture - you’ve spent 6 weekends looking at house after house. All real estate agents are sounding the same and by this point even looking the same? You view a house - they message 5 minutes after the booking ‘be quick put in an offer, we’ve had 5 other offers already’. Before you can even submit it’s pretty much sold. I’m sure everyone is/ has felt this. Von helped us purchase our first house - we felt like we were at home instantly but we assumed that we would have absolutely no chance.
