We were delighted with every aspect of dealing with Von and her team. The marketing of our house was exceptional from the internet presentation to the brochures presented to potential buyers to the For Sale sign outside the property. Von Barnes and the team at Pinnacle go the extra mile in terms of professional service and practical knowledge, with a personal touch. Her knowledge of the market was invaluable and I don't know when she slept, because she was meeting with clients at all hours of the day and night, but the effort paid off with several concrete offers and the contract on our townhouse was signed only 19 days after the first open house at a good price. The Pinnacle team were in regular contact with us, letting us know what was happening every step of the way which made us feel like we were a part of their team and valued clients.
