From the moment we met Von on the driveway to the minute we were given the keys to our new home she was nothing short of amazing. Von walked us around the house and made it feel like home. Asking what we liked, pointing out things of interest and asking if there were any concerns. Von held our hand through the whole process including the building and pest, dealing with solicitors and personally delivering our keys. Von was extremely helpful during and even assisted me after the sale went that little bit extra. She was great. She arranged to meet my daughter in her own time to post the “Sold” sign when she realised how excited she was. Also her office assisted me after the sale with setting up the lease and bond. Again she did not have too but she did. She made a stressful event less of a problem and it was the little things all the way during the sale that counted.

Von did a great job right from the start. She was realistic about the value of my unit, which gave me confidence that she was trustworthy and would tell me the truth through the process. Her styling was lovely, she was very proactive and got the sale through very quickly - after only 1 open house I had 3 offers! She followed up regularly, so I always knew what was going on.
