Her knowledge of the market was invaluable and I don't know when she slept, because she was meeting with clients at all hours of the day and night, but the effort paid off with several concrete offers and the contract on our townhouse was signed only 19 days after the first open house at a good price. The Pinnacle team were in regular contact with us, letting us know what was happening every step of the way which made us feel like we were a part of their team and valued clients. Von Barnes has just sold our property at Bellbird Park. During the height of covid 19 she managed to show many people through the house. It was on the market for just 10 days, we received 9 offers and we got the price we were looking for. I can not praise Von highly enough. She is professional, honest and kind.
