Von made sure everything ran smoothly with open communicstion, from the application process through to settlement, of which she also made special warm touches like champagne and the keys presented in a gift box. Von initially came to our house and gave us clear direction as to what we should to get the best price for the property. When needed, she recommended some tradespeople that did a great job meeting our needs. Through the process she came back to review our progress providing encouragement regarding the work so far and some guidance as to what was important to get completed. Her team did an amazing job tastefully decorating our home. She kept us informed of progress after each viewing and I believe pushed to get the best possible price from the purchaser. We were extremely happy with her service throughout the process of selling our home.

I bought a property earlier this year with Von and the way in which Cindy handled my enquirers and requests to view my new home were wonderful.
