Von and her entire team were so helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. From her first meeting Von demonstrated she knew her stuff about the market and my area specifically. She has a customer profile of who the likely buyers could be - and was right. Her team were always on hand for the staging, photography, admin and everything else. Kathy was easy to work with and very considerate. She worked very hard to sell my property and always came up with solutions when problems arose e.g. when my gardener let me down, she found someone at short notice to do the job. Nothing was too much trouble if it reduced the stress of having the house on the market. She was realistic about the value of my house and worked with determination to achieve that goal.

I just purchased a new home with Von's help and the whole experience was overwhelmingly positive. Von was always happy, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person, and my individual needs, as well as being very knowledgeable about the whole process and the industry in general. At no time did I feel like I was being 'fed a line' or being given the 'hard sell'. Von was always genuine, amicable and honest. The house was also impeccably presented.
