Von was quick to recommend repainting and sanding the floor to reveal the great timber in the floor. Von also arranged the furnishing of the rooms to best display the use of the rooms. We were kept aware of the marketing efforts of her staff through daily reports.

If you're looking for an agent who will take the time to get to know you and your needs as a buyer, someone who will ensure all parties are happy with the end result, then Von is the agent for you. Can't thank her enough for everything she did to help facilitate this purchase and make us feel at ease through the entire process.

Right from the outset Von knew that the property was to be our new home. It was a perfect match and she knew it. We knew we would have few rocks to climb, but she took us seriously and took us at our word. The best part is Von never lost faith in us. She liaised beautifully between us and the sellers which made the whole process go very smoothly indeed. She was able to recommend tradies and other services which was very helpful to us during the process. Von goes above and beyond the call of duty especially when it comes to fine detail. We also dealt with Liz in the office who was also marvellous. She too helped us with admin and inspections. She was quick to respond and liaise with Von so our queries were always attended to immediately. Both Von and Liz are delightful people and I would highly recommend Von and her team at Pinnacle Properties whether you're buying or selling! They say agents work for the seller, but in this case I can honestly say that Von worked for the "Greatest Good of all parties concerned". We asked for a miracle and we were delivered that ten fold. Thankyou so much Von, Liz and the team! Xx

Von has established a great team of designers, administrators and other support staff that made the process of selling my house a positive experience. Not only does Von knows the market but also she turns a professional eye onto all aspects of the sale. I cannot recommend Von more highly. If you're thinking of selling, call Von today.

Von and her staff were very supportive from start to finish. Communication was excellent and they showed great awareness of our individual needs and situation. Best real estate I have dealt with. Much appreciated the care and human touch they brought to the purchase.

We would have no hesitation recommending Von and the team at Pinnacle. We chose Von to sell our home because she had the experience, local knowledge and track record of proven results throughout the area. We found Von and the Team to be very supportive, calming and caring. Von was 100% dedicated to selling our property and did so with a smile on her face. Nothing was ever a problem. Contactable day and night, Von always had our best interest in mind and went over and above to attract the right buyer for our property. We’d like to thank Von, Liz, Jacqui and the team form doing such a wonderful job and for finding us the right Buyers. We are very grateful Von was recommended to us and its only now we know why. Thanks Von :)

Initially Von set a reasonable expectation for the sale of my property; my neighbour sold 6 month prior and got $500,000. Von indicated I would possibly receive $530,000. We came up with a sales plan which generated a lot of interest ~80 interested parties came through the apartment. In the next three days I received 8 offers. Von effectively managed a group of buyers to $580,000 (who remained interested) and the final buyer to $630,000. Von is an excellent negotiator.

We engaged Von to sell our house in Daisy Hill and she did not disappoint. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way and achieved amazing results. Her and her team were open, honest and upfront from the moment we talked. We couldn’t recommend Von and the whole Pinnacle properties team more.

We were lucky enough to meet Von Barnes and her powerhouse team earlier this year. Von guided us through buying our new apartment and her and the team were with us every step of the way. We appreciated Von’s honesty, integrity and empathy throughout the process. I can’t recommend her and her team highly enough. Without her, we wouldn’t be in our lovely new apartment.
