The best decision I made was to go with Pinpoint Property and having this boutique sized agency look after me was one of my better decisions. Like everyone in today’s busy environment it’s hard balancing between work and personal life and the last thing you want to worry about is your investment and never did I get the impression that they were focus on volume and turnover rather than the customer experience like some bigger brand agencies. I appreciate everything the team have done, from Allison looking after my rental property and having access to a rental portal that is regularly updated, to having access to inspection photos, transaction receipts and up to date maintenance reports. They also helped with the seamless transition from the rental market to the sale of the property, both Allison and Danielle are very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy and never during the sales process was I pressured. The Management style of Allison & Danielle are on full display when you deal with the office staff at Pinpoint property and I can’t thank them enough for their prompt, friendly, professional service and at times I just felt like one of the team.
