I am a new buyer to the Australian Housing market, and was unsure of procedures to purchase a property. I found that whenever I phoned, all team members were able to help me with any questions,( I didn't have to wait for any one particular person to be in the office,everyone is on the same page).There were no hold ups along the way, everything ran really smoothly. After dealing with another Agency in Mackay for 3 months with not even an offer and very little advertising I switched to Pinpoint Realty with Danielle as my agent.
