Sold our house in Mackay during a very flat market, house prices are down and the market is flooded with properties, not a good time to sell but we were moving interstate so had no choice. Danielle was recommended to us by others who had sold properties in our street and we were not disappointed when we first met her. Selling a house is quite a stressful experience but Danielle knew our area extremely well, she knows the Mackay market well and she's also super professional and friendly. In short, she's the agent you want on your side. She recommended that we stage the house with furniture which was quite expensive (~10k from memory) and she recommended we list at a top of the market price but come down if we need to meet the market. We followed her recommendations and the house sold in the first 2 weeks of going on the market after only 2 or 3 open houses. She negotiated hard for us and got us a price that was 98.9% of the initial asking price (which was a top of the market price). We are very happy and she continues to set the bar for selling houses at record high prices. Overall, her fees are not cheap, but during the stressful process of selling your house, she'll get you the best sale price available and she'll help you every step of the way plus keep you up to date with regular communication. In my experience, she is the best of the best and she's super friendly to boot. We cannot recommend Danielle highly enough.

I initially met PinPoint Property agent, Danielle Law whilst researching the local market in Mackay QLD. From the initial meeting I found Danielle to be approachable and sincere with her properties and information on the market. What I found most striking is her communication and tactfulness. She allowed me to view the property, ask questions and seek answers without the feeling of being pushy or nosey. The proceeding weeks followed and I engaged with Danielle further at other similar properties. My assessment of the market was in parallel with Danielle's professional views. The first impression we got from Danielle is she is the busiest real estate agent in the area. There are a few good reasons for that! Danielle listens to her sellers and her buyers, when she is with you or talking to you she makes you feel you are her most important clients, she takes in everything you say whether it be your requirements or general conversation. She gets it right! Danielle took note of everything we wanted in a house and area, and everything her sellers wanted in contract and settlement and she matched us perfectly! She didn't just try to get us signed and get the property sold. Whereas we had felt pressured and uninformed by other agents in the area, with her it wasn't only relaxed and easy with complete understanding, the whole process was enjoyable. Danielle also has a wonderful team who assisted us in all areas, whether it was legal information and contract advice or lease and settlement agreements. At the end of the whole process we have a beautiful home; perfect for our family and exactly what we wanted where we wanted it, and her sellers had the perfect arrangement in regards to length of time to exit.
