My property sold in four days after one open house and receiving one written offer on the day and then two further written offers the next day. I obtained over $50,000 more than I asked for the property with an unconditional offer of the three firm offers I received. My house is not outstanding but in good condition with great panoramic views. I spent approximately $7,000 on some minor repairs and painting. My Agent was outstanding, the whole process was very simple and open and they just went about keeping me informed and planned and executed their plans extremely efficiently. Their initial advice was very good and not over the top and I trusted them as I am 77 years of age and retired. I am so pleased with the outcome for which the Agents can take full credit.
