He was extremely professional, and with his wonderful team supported us throughout, going above and beyond to answer all queries and to help us along the way. From our initial enquiry on the property to after settlement we not once felt any request or question was too much. The communication really was flawless. James did a magnificent job on the recent sale of our home . after 25 years in our home we decided it was time to move to the country. we spoke to many real estate agents but we chose James as he was friendly and professional at all times, And i am very glad we did. A true professional who knows his area and has a great team behind him especially Mary and they got the job done ! our house was sold in very quick time at a price we were very happy with, they assisted us with inspections and some repairs as we had already moved out this took a lot of stress off our shoulders. i cannot recommend James and his team at Place highly enough 5 stars all the way!
