Tristan does what he says he will he knows his business I must admit I was dubious at first when he said he cares about his clients. Typical salesman I thought sure you care about your commission and I more or less told him so. He took all my scepticism with professionalism, knowledge and a great sense of humour. Tristan followed through with everything he said he would he got us a record price and I couldn’t be happier. He has since gone out of his way to help and advise me on my next endeavour with nothing to gain. In Tristan’s words he’s a “bloody legend” In mine Tristan is a good guy with knowledge and integrity couldn’t recommend him enough 10/10.

When it comes to marketing property in Wavell Heights Tristan is our number one pick. His knowledge of this suburb is excellent. He worked tirelessly for us at all hours of the night to get a sale across the line. The marketing reach that Tristan gets through Facebook and realestate.com is a massive point of difference. We decided to sell our property at Wavell Heights in May 2020 and engaged with Ray White. Our home passed in auction, as it was constantly discounted by the selling agent, and we were also encouraged by the agent to sell and cop the losses and move on. An ABSURD piece of advise from a quick sale hungry agent!!!!!. We decided not to act haphazardly and instead engaged with several other agents who were not very helpful or driven as well. We then engaged with Tristan Rowland, who firstly assured us that it would be ok and we would be able to sell the house for it’s true worth. Within 2 days of signing with Tristan, he got us a buyer for the property, AT A FULL $60k ABOVE THE PRICE OUR FIRST AGENT WAS ENCOURAGING US TO SELL AT!.. had we engaged with Tristan from the beginning I am sure we could have got a much higher price for our property, alas the damage was done by non sympathetic ruthless agents and Tristan did an amazing job in correcting the price and expectations of the buyers. Too often people focus solely on results, without any regard to the effort required to achieve those results. Sometimes you get lucky and life hands you an easy win, but to win consistently requires tenacity, commitment and a great deal of skill. If you want to win consistently - get Tristan and his team on your side. Dealing with a vendor that has high expectations (me) can’t be easy, but it never seemed to phase Tristan. Day or night, Tristan was always available to provide an update on progress and there was always progress to be had. Every lead was followed up, every potential buyer was vetted and no stone was left unturned in what turned out to be a lengthy but ultimately successful sales campaign. Every lowball offer I turned down seemed to somehow inspire rather than demotivate him. When Covid hit, our contract crashed but that even that didn’t slow Tristan down. Right away he adapted and got out in front and altered our strategy to try and deliver the best outcome possible. From the very start I couldn’t have imagined that we would come across a professional that cares so much for his clients that he treats them as family but he was always upfront and honest and throughout the campaign he went above and beyond to advise and advocate. Eternally optimistic and a truly “Trusted Advisor”, we can’t thank Tristan enough for his effort and guidance over the time we have known him. And YES – he also gets results!
