John continued to keep in touch throughout and called us in the evening to deliver the news that the buyer’s finance had been approved and the contract was unconditional. This happened even before we received that news from our solicitor. John has taken the stress out of the entire process. He negotiated hard on our behalf and we are thrilled with the result he achieved.
