Josh was just fantastic. When he first came to meet me to talk through our options he was honest and frank. He explained everything plainly to us and really made us feel like the process would be a smooth one. It has taken us quite a while to rent out the house but this wasn’t due to any failure on Josh’s part. He helped us to secure a builder to undertake some minor renovations quickly to ensure the property was safe and up to standard and communicated proactively with us throughout the duration of the works. Josh was easily contactactable and responsive which was important for us as we are currently living in a different state. I cant speak highly enough of the service we've received and look forward to hopefully working with Josh again sometime in the near future. Tegan has also been wonderful, assisting diligently in the background. 11/10 would highly recommend.
