I have had so many “below average” (to say the least) experiences with other property managing companies in the past and this experience was the complete opposite! We have recently used Place Estate Agents - Bulimba to find a new rental property in Brisbane. We had to do this from Sydney, as we are relocating up to Brisbane soon, so did not have our feet on the ground (which we thought would make the process a little more challenging). However, we found several properties to our liking in Place's listings and secured the one we really fancied! Grace, on the Leasing Team, has been very helpful and responsive + Matt, the Agent, was more than happy to take us on a virtual tour which proved extremely helpful.
