We have recently used Place Estate Agents - Bulimba to find a new rental property in Brisbane. We had to do this from Sydney, as we are relocating up to Brisbane soon, so did not have our feet on the ground (which we thought would make the process a little more challenging). However, we found several properties to our liking in Place's listings and secured the one we really fancied! Grace, on the Leasing Team, has been very helpful and responsive + Matt, the Agent, was more than happy to take us on a virtual tour which proved extremely helpful. It could not have been easier or more stress-free. We are very happy with the result and the excellent communication from Place!

We switched to Place property management after our house sat empty for a month. We called Place to enquire about selling which was heartbreaking but paying rent AND a mortgage was not sustainable. Josh took care of absolutely everything, provided the reassurance we needed to hear and remarketed the whole campaign. First inspection had 27 attendees, 11 applications and tenant secured three days later. Just... outstanding. Kicking ourselves for not going with Place straight up.
