Brenton was very patient with us over the period of negotiations on the property and no request day or night was too much trouble. He was able to negotiate suitable terms of purchase with the corporate vendor and was able to secure access to the property pre settlement which was extremely helpful to us. As a result of Brenton's assistance on the purchase we engaged him to sell our house property.
