Absolutely top marks to Glenn Boole and Kristine Krienke from Place at Bulimba. After 53 years, selling our family home and “downsizing” were always going to be fraught with difficulties, both practical and emotional. Steering the sale of one home and the purchase of another involved three families, and the task fell to Glenn and Kristine. Our relationship never seemed like a business one.
