We recently purchased a property at Auction marketed by Shane and his team at Place Real Estate. They were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with, providing all the information required prior to the auction day, providing contacts to speak to regarding development options and even on auction day with some words of wisdom (to a first-time auction participant) on how the process would work and tips to be successful.
