Joanna was fantastic in both selling our property and assisting us with the purchase of an off-market property. Before going to market, she helped us find and secure an off market property - assisting with all of the viewings and negotiations. On the sell side, she achieved a sale price over and above our expectations after the first open home. She was professional, realistic and provided valuable suggestions about improvements prior to market. Joanna was a pleasure to work with.

We couldn’t be happier with the experience working with Joanna, Madison, and Ellie! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, making the buying process smooth and enjoyable for our clients. The home we purchased is a perfect fit for the young family and will be a wonderful place for many years to come. It’s even more special knowing one of our clients grew up on the same street, adding a personal touch to this fantastic purchase! Thanks so much again team.

Shane Hicks is my go to person for anything real estate related and especially in our area - he has been our lead agent four times now - and has delivered great results every time. Shane has the "x factor" that all agents should have. He is genuine and knowledgeable and he really cares that you are happy and looked after during a stressful and busy time. His focus is on you as the buyer and he has surrounded himself with a loyal and hard working team who compliment him perfectly.
