Shane & his team were helpful in getting us trades to get my Mothers house into shape for selling. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Shane & his team responded well to txts, emails & phone calls. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending The Hicks Team to others.

It was a pleasure to work with Shane and his team, who made the sale very easy for us, especially as we were out of state. We particularly were impressed the way he hustled and got a buyer to bid a compeling offer the night of an unsuccessful auction. Highly recommend him and his team.

Julia and her team were first class from start to finish, she took the time to explain each step of the sale to us (we live in NSW) and make everything super easy. We sold off market with a record price in our unit block, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Julia, she deserves this 5 star review and then some!

Julia came highly recommended by a friend of ours. What we loved most about working with Julia was her transparency and her energy. She is non-stop and so hard working. Julia kept us in the loop every step of the way and explained everything from her marketing strategy to her negotiating style. Julia has great contacts at the ready for everything you need as a seller – styling, maintenance and even a coffee van! She thinks of everything, plans ahead and is just delightful to be around.

We recently purchased our home through Julia and were thoroughly impressed. She was extremely knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, and provided truthful, clear information without any inflation. Julia was upfront about the property's expectations and even connected us with a buyer's agent, who helped us secure the property while we were away for the auction. We highly recommend Julia for her professionalism and dedication.
