Although Michael was the lead agent for the property, he didn’t really communicate much with me. His colleague Chris handled most communications. Chris was great and down-to-earth but interactions with Michael came across as a bit arrogant. This was not my first time purchasing a property and upon settlement the customer service did not really meet my expectations.
