As the property buyer, I was engaged just the right amount of times, to get updates and see how he could assist; and done so in a manner that didn’t make me feel ’hassled’ (you know the type). Although Michael was the lead agent for the property, he didn’t really communicate much with me. His colleague Chris handled most communications. Chris was great and down-to-earth but interactions with Michael came across as a bit arrogant. This was not my first time purchasing a property and upon settlement the customer service did not really meet my expectations.
