As the property buyer, I was engaged just the right amount of times, to get updates and see how he could assist; and done so in a manner that didn’t make me feel ’hassled’ (you know the type). Michael's knowledge of the market - and how to market our property were first class. Michael works with great people - salesperson Chris and the team of cleaners and stylists who ensured our property looked amazing all the time during the sales period. Although Michael was the lead agent for the property, he didn’t really communicate much with me. His colleague Chris handled most communications. Chris was great and down-to-earth but interactions with Michael came across as a bit arrogant. This was not my first time purchasing a property and upon settlement the customer service did not really meet my expectations.
