Michael was able to sell my investment property that was very hard to sell due to it not being able to be lived in or rented out by the owner. A lot of people don't understand this type of concept of rental properties but they have a good return on your money and are hassle free as rent is paid every month no matter what. He did a great job to sell it because of the type of unit it was and its very hard to find buyers that have the finances required to buy it but he did and it is now sold. Great work Michael and thanks to you and your staff who keep me updated every week no matter what happened and the time it took
