Having been disappointed by a previous agency I'm happy to report we have nothing but praise for Place New Farm. Communication is prompt and they explain everything until you're happy. They have found tradespeople to do difficult jobs and recently resolved an issue with tenants firmly but fairly, with a great outcome for us. They readily remember the particulars of each of our properties - I'm sure they have many clients so how they do this I don't know! Being interstate ourselves, it is reassuring to know that we a have someone local to take care of everything and do it well. Very happy customers :)
