Ben found us a house straight away, he consistently returned calls, always replied to emails, kept us up to date and was a pleasure to work with from the get go. Kate also kindly stepped in and opened the home when Ben and Snezana wasn't available so we could show our children the house while we had them all in Brisbane on the same day at the same time!! The agent was very professional and extremely efficient in leasing out the apartment within one week of advertising. However, the property management side can be improved. I don't need best value for money every time, but there should be prompt follow up of maintenance issues raised and at least attempt to get better value for money. For example, checking appliances online for a price check.
