Karen communicates extremely well. She is clear and precise both over the phone and in person. She is professional whilst being respectful and kind. Karen always responds to messages promptly. Karen was able to put us both at ease over some anxieties we had regarding issues with our neighbours and concerns my wife had regarding in particular, the Open home inspections. Karen has kept in touch and is available when we need her even now that the SALE is completed. We have come to know and like Karen very much and both recommend her without hesitation.

Alex has always kept me informed of what was happening in the area so when the time came to sell, it was Alex that I immediately went to. We’ve now dealt with Karen being on both the buying and selling side of a real estate deal and on both occasions she was absolutely brilliant to deal with!
