Alex recently helped me sell my house in Brisbane and it was the most pleasant experience. Shortly after the first phone call, Alex and team provided me with in-depth market analyses and a marketing proposal outlining campaign strategy in different stages as well as explaining in detail actions and costs involved with each stage. As my tenants still had a few weeks to move out, we first went off-market.
