I consider Aaron to be an extremely polite and caring young man and an Excellent Communicator Auction day was extremely stressful as the home has been in the one family for approximately seventy years, and in the end I felt that it proved to be a very smooth transition The photography as excellent - very impressive indeed. Regarding grading I would award Aaron and his team 4 1/2 out of 5. The big question would I use Aaron Woolard and his team again ? The answer is most definitely Yes

Karen was extremely driven and dedicated to her sales role at place. I believe she put as much effort into selling my one bedroom apartment as she does with her much larger sales. Karen’s insights on the market and the target buyer group was excellent and she tailored her sales style to meet that target group. Karen was professional and proactive and her advice around the sales strategy was sound.
