We received a flyer in the post from Alexandra with a unit for sale at Hamilton Harbour . I made contact with Alex and told her that we had a unit at Hamilton that we would like to sell . Our phone contact felt like I had already known her. Alex made me feel so comfortable . Alex suggested ,We list it with her and she would sell it . We had open how on the Saturday of the weekend Brisbane flooded due to massive amounts of rain. She called us and kept us updated on offers. We negotiated on Wednesday and signed on the Thursday.
