Choose Aaron for a Positive Real Estate Experience

Buying a property is stressful, but my stress levels were dramatically reduced by Place Lead Agent Aaron Woolard who: + Took the time to really understand the type of property I was looking for and made sure I viewed the property I eventually purchased + Helped break down complex purchasing requirements into understandable, manageable components + Recommended associated services – Conveyancing firm and Building and Pest inspectors – which were great to deal with + Answered all kinds of questions with patience and professionalism, and went above and beyond to seek out further information when requested + Was unbelievably responsive (after-hours, weekends, etc.) + Was clearly respectful of the needs of both the buying and selling parties, and genuinely wanted the best outcome for all involved. Aaron is an expert in the New Farm, Newstead, Fortitude Valley area, he has vast book of potential buyers and sellers and strives for the best outcome for both parties. In our case as a seller he achieved a price that was above our expectations in a super quick time in fact we did not go on market as he knew buyers that were keen on our type of property being a fabulously 2 bedroom apartment in Petrie Point overlooking the Storey Bridge and City. We highly recommend Aaron to any buyer or seller.

On top of everything
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Alex in person due to COVID, but it didn't matter because she made the selling process seamless, and I barely had to do anything. Alex guided me through everything over the phone and kept me updated regarding inspections and offers, and was able to assist when I felt indecisive. I appreciated her knowledge and expertise, and would happily sell with Alex again.
