I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Alex in person due to COVID, but it didn't matter because she made the selling process seamless, and I barely had to do anything. Alex guided me through everything over the phone and kept me updated regarding inspections and offers, and was able to assist when I felt indecisive. Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process. She promptly actioned things, was always available and the process was seamless. Her dedication to achieve the best result was brilliant through her open inspections, she was always available to do private viewings and then on Auction day she ran it very professionally. I was impressed. Alex knows her profession and she was excellent both times we used her, first time as a buyer and second time as a seller.
