I contracted John to sell a block of 3 town houses in one line in Zillemere This configuration was a bit unique in this area, however John got on with it and completed the sale in a respectable time. I was rather busy doing all sorts of other things and John had to continually prompt me to get certain bits of paperwork ready, a task he completed very well. The first time I met John was when he was the Agent appointed to sell a property a relative of mine was renting. We found him to be on that occasion a great communicator, very considerate and respectful of our particular situation. As a result, when the time came for us to sell our Mums property, I had already decided John was the guy for us. When we were ready to go to market, I contacted John only to find that he was heading off overseas on a well earned holiday. Rather than searching for another agent, we decided to simply just wait for him to return. Well, we were not disappointed, our property was sold in record time at a fantastic price that was well above what we were expecting.
