John brought a sense of trustworthiness and expertise right from our first onsite meeting. His "pitch" included being process driven, and he displayed this in spades during our sales campaign. He clearly explained details of each open house, each buyer interaction and their feedback, and helped us make a confident decision on the final sale. In particular, he maintained contact with other potential buyers even after we had a signed contract. This was key since, when the first contact did not proceed, John had another signed contract from another buyer within 24 hours. Experienced and knowlegable in the local market, very timely communication from start to finish, nothing was too hard, and he showed genuine interest in the welfare of our 100 year old seller. John Andrew is by far the most professional and responsive real estate agent i have had to date - he is a gem. He works tirelessly for the seller and at the same time supports the buyer without losing sight of who his customer is. He is realistic, pragmatic, consistently responsive, and a great communicator (nice and succinct). He always follows up to ensure the selling/buying process maintains momentum.
