John's knowledge of the buyer market was great, and helped us reach a mutual decision to proceed with the house viewings given we had already received 2 decent offers prior to the first house viewing. Most agents would have influenced taking an offer and running, but John genuinely looked after our interests to do a bit more work, which certainly paid off.
