Ben worked extremely hard to secure a great price for our property that he recently sold for us in Camp Hill. As we had tenants in the property and wanted to minimise disruption to them, we trusted Ben to qualify all of the enquiries before arranging private inspections. He managed this superbly which demonstrates his skill and expertise as an agent. Ben was realistic in his price expectations for the sale of our property; he didn’t over inflate in order to get us to sign with him nor did he try to push us to sell for a price that we were not happy with in order to achieve a ‘quick sale’. Ben kept us informed the entire process and was able to negotiate an excellent price for our property. Ben and his team are professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. As a buyer, Ben was a pleasure to deal with in all respects. We were stuck interstate while looking at the house initially and he provided an excellent walkthrough video to give us a sense of the place before we could see it in person. Denis and his team were a delight to work with. This was our first property and everything went smoothly. I commend Denis for being honest, efficient, knowlegeable and fast. Denis supported us by getting all documentation required quickly, working well with our lawyers. We felt at ease with the settlement and felt that Denis wanted the best for both parties. After settlement, we used ePlace service to lease the property which was incredibly smooth and was leased within 4 days.
