10/10 Great Job. Darren was our second listing Agent after our property being on and off the market for over 18 months with no offers matching our expectations. Darren came along as did the offers, higher then I expected. In the end we got 145k more then I expected. And we exceeded any other recent sales in the street by approx 345k If you just leave him to do his job you will get the best price possible. As a buyer, Ben was a pleasure to deal with in all respects. We were stuck interstate while looking at the house initially and he provided an excellent walkthrough video to give us a sense of the place before we could see it in person. Communication was always easy and replies were prompt, and he has continued to liaise with the seller for a few small issues which have cropped up after the sale. Highly recommended.

Denis and his team were a delight to work with. This was our first property and everything went smoothly. I commend Denis for being honest, efficient, knowlegeable and fast. Denis supported us by getting all documentation required quickly, working well with our lawyers. We felt at ease with the settlement and felt that Denis wanted the best for both parties. After settlement, we used ePlace service to lease the property which was incredibly smooth and was leased within 4 days. Six weeks ago we contacted Denis Najzar to ask for assistance in securing a property to purchase.
