Delivered above expectations
Melanie sold our property in a timely manner and delivered a sale price that was above expectations. Hard working, knowledgeable and committed.
Our experience with Denis was very positive and we would not hesitate to recommend him as a sales agent. We listed our property during tough and uncertain market conditions. Above and Beyond
We have worked with James twice now. We purchased our current property through Place and the experience was so seamless, honest and professional. Not only that but James has a depth of character that I haven’t seen often and this lead us to call upon him again this year to sell my investment property. I have a small child who was oftentimes unwell this year and James and his team did everything from organising the new paint/carpet repairs to even personally delivering some remaining items that were left behind by the tenants. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to lift a finger. James achieved an incredible result for me in just 5 days. We look forward to potentially seeing and working with him again for any real estate needs in the future. What a legend.

Astonishing Performance
I knew from the beginning this was going to be a challenge selling our luxury home. But Denis and his team understood our requirements and took control. We were unfortunate having to travel through uncharted waters with Covid 19 but Denis's cool, calm and industry experience approach got us through. A special mention for Katie Lituri (Admin Place Woolloongabba) who was absolutely outstanding from word go with her week to week communication on what was going on.
