Karen understood the market in this area (Moorooka) and our preferences and was able to negotiate a good price for both us (the buyers) and the seller. She was up front about what was realistic and this matched our research in the area. The negotiation was not drawn out and Karen was available at times suitable to us, without becoming 'pushy'. In contemplating our move, we chewed over the choice as to whether we should sell or rent out our property. He was focused on bringing potential buyers up to expectations, rather than talking us down, and was able to come up with innovative solutions to ensure agreements could be struck.
