I first met Karen as the agent handling the sale of a friend’s house and subsequent assistance with the purchase of my friend’s unit. I was impressed by Karen’s professionalism, but I was more impressed by her friendly, personal approach during this process. Soon after, we were ready to sell an investment unit and Karen was our first choice. The fact that our unit was a little out of her local area made no difference and she was happy to take the brief. Karen presents as a smart, confident professional but again it is her friendly, personal approach that sets her apart from other real estate agents with whom I have worked.
