Reliable, professional and dedicated service
Hi, this is Chong and Kin who have a house in Mango Hill since year 2013. All this while, we have entrusted Harcourts North Lakes to manage our property. We have been well served by them considering ourselves have been rather remote from the site. Harcourts has been able to represent us in dealing with our tenant, monitoring our property, assisting in rental renewal and last but not least, giving timely and useful advises to us all a along. Smooth tenancy transition
Long term tenants vacated my property in August. I decided to repaint, lay carpets and do general repairs before the new tenant moved in. Kellie was very organised and ensured that all work was complete prior to the new tenant moving in. There was a great deal of interest in the lease and potential tenants we found quickly. The vacancy period was about 2 weeks. The communication between Kellie, the trades and myself was excellent. Very happy with the performance of the team at Harcourts North Lakes.

i recommend my property managers to every investment property owner
I have been with Harcourts NL for several years by now. I am happy with my property manager Holly and her assistant Kate. They both always pay attention to all my requests/suggestions and respect tenants and owners equally which is very important to me. When we have some small issues, they try to solve them as fast as they can. All staff at Harcourts North Lakes is very polite, professional and helpful all the time.

Pm is great and easy to work with
Second time I am renting through Harcourts North lakes- mango hill. My previous rental our PM never followed up the issues with the property. Our property was beautiful for the eye while open house, once we started living there it wasn't worth the huge rent per week we had to pay. The house was falling appart. Still dealing with the exit issues we get blamed for and expected to pay for while the damage was out of our control. Mouldy blinds because the house what mouldy and blinds so old we didn't even dare to touch them. Sun damage on blinds, grass that show death patches because of a big tree what took all the furtelizer and water we give daily to the back yard, but blaming or dog for it, even tho the Gardner said this wasn't due to the dog. Everything was done by family and was poorly done. My second place I live now for 3 weeks feels like home. Yes there are some issues with the property but at least it's worth the rent per week, and everything fixed is done professional

Wonderful agency!
The team at Harcourts made the entire process easy and enjoyable whilst I was moving through the application process. They were incredibly helpful and swift in all responses to my emails and queries. Definitely recommend them :)
