Kind people. Fantastic agency

Great agency
Hardcourts has always been a good experience , they make the process of buying, renting or just looking as easy as possible and always willing to help. I have used a few different agencies now for both buying and renting and Hardcourts is the only one I would recommend to family or friends. I can’t fault them. Montana

Not too sure yet
First they sent me a message when my first rent is due saying that I didn’t pay and I have to pay or they will take “further action”. Actually I was already paid the rent but they said it didn’t land their account yet. Anyway, I would have preferred a nicer tone instead of intimidating tone. Secondly, they have someone who picks up the phone and she was rude to me on several occasions

Fantastic service, never dissapoints.
I have been using Harcourts North Lakes for managing my property for thirteen years, in that time I have had nothing but fantastic service. The house has had two long term tenants up until last month. The existing tenant had to move for family reasons and Leanne from Harcourts had the property re - leased within a week. In thirteen years I reckon the property has been vacant for only two weeks, that's so valuable when you are relying on your rental income to pay your mortgage. Over the years we have had to change some appliances and have some repairs done, Leanne organised everything straight away and the work was done quickly and I was very happy with all the pricing she obtained for us. And the best part is, Leanne cares for the tenants and the landlords equally, I can't recommend her highly enough.
