Awesome and friendly agency

Friendly, helpful staff
Tai Sullivan at Northlakes Harcourts was super helpful. She got back to me practically straight away when enquiring about properties (ie. Inspection codes, organising inspections times etc.). She was accommodating to our circumstances, all during the Covid 19 restrictions, enabling us to still be able to view the property during the application process, which was near impossible everywhere else. Very impressed and happy with this agent.

Thorough and helpful.
Jenny at Harcourts North Lakes has put in a lot of work so that our property was ready and advertised in as short a time as possible. With Lovely photos online, she then worked through a number of applications and helped us secure a tenant who is well suited to the property. We appreciate her hard work and timely assistance.

Great Agent
When applying for a property can be so time consuming Harcourts was quick and easy , pre applied on Monday and and received approval answer on Tuesday just had to inspect property and I said yes. Went in signed. Done. Couldn't have been easier.

Wonderful and Helpful Agency

Friendly service with great knowledge of their business
Jenny has been fabulous managing my interstate rental property. She always contacts me with solution options, never just problems. She knows her job and all relevant legal requirements and provides me any information needed, generally before I have even asked. My previous property manager was terrible and I now feel very confident leaving my property in Harcourts hands.

Great staff
We have had our property rented via North Lakes Mango Hill since 2007. Their communication is immediate, and they have usually ironed out any problems prior to contacting us. We trust their judgement and are very happy to have them as our property agents for our North Lake property.
