Did not deliver what was promised in first meeting-( i:e $530 weekly rent and on lease form down to $480 ,a loss of $50 per week)- finally leased for better amount . Happy with final outcome and Tenant

Best agent!
Harcourts North Lakes have been managing and looking after my property for a few years and I highly recommend them. They do a regular and thorough inspection of the property and provide me with regular updates and pictures of how it has been maintained. If there is an issue they promptly raise it with me and provide suggested solutions. When my previous tenant vacated, they managed to seamlessly find a new tenant in no time and kept me up to date throughout the process. I couldn't ask anymore from this great team.
