Not doing what they promise
I bought my house from Harcourts and that sales lady did a great job. Well done! But then I got handed over to the property management team. They said, they had soooo many tenancy applicants they wanted to rush them all over to my property. Unfortunately due legalities we had to wait two weeks. Then once everything was finalized, there wasn’t a tenant to be found for almost three weeks. Then they constantly suggested a new tenant for me to sign the paperwork, only that the new tenant pulled out last minute. Four times this happened to me. Shouldn’t I as the owner have the last day and once the lease is signed it’s a done deal? Then, during the sale of the house, everything was in working order. A few minor things were taken care of by the previous owner. All good, right? No!!!! As soon as the new tenants move in, several other faults were found which they then could not find anyone else other than expensive electricians and plumbers. Also, as soon as the first bill arrived, they had charge a higher amount for advertisement as they had said in the Form6 contract. Harcourts Property Management do not keep their word, do not keep their fees, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Awesome People and Agency!
We have actually spoken to at least 5 real estate agecies before deciding to go with Harcourts and I am happy to say that they did not disappoint. Jaz, Daynah and the rest of the Harcourts team at North Lakes were very professional and helpful with all of our questions. Absolutely Fantastic!!
I dealt with Kellie at Harcourts approx 8 years ago with a rental. Was so pleased to have her now back as my rental agent after selling home. Always answers emails and quick to get things fixed as needed. Harcourts truly look after their tenants.

Professional, knowledgeable team who got us an amazing return on our investment. Couldn’t be happier with their prompt service and fantastic communication.
