Exceeded expectations!
Steve was awesome from the very first phone call I made to him to the end of a very quick and stress free property sale. He was honest and straight forward with the current real estate market and what was a real price bracket for our property. He responded promptly with a thorough market research analysis and gave us the best feel for how we should market our property and what our target market would be. Steve helped us achieve a real $25K increase in value from another agent we tried selling with before. We couldn't be happier with the result Steve achieved and what a difference a switched on professional agent can make to the selling process. We never stressed once and were pleasantly surprised how fast Steve found a buyer and completed the transaction. I highly recommend anybody considering selling to engage Steve. As a buyer of property, I often deal with anywhere between 10-20 real estate agents every time I'm in the market. Having dealt with Steve for my most recent purchase, I can tell you honestly that Steve is in the Top 1%. I say this because he communicates very effectively, responds quickly, great customer service skills, and he will do what it takes to get the deal done in a timely and seamless manner for the buyer & the vendor. If I was to sell a property, I would want a reliable agent that will work for the vendor to get the best price, with the best terms, in the shortest amount of time possible.
