Outstanding Results from and Outstanding Agent
We wanted an experienced agent with great local knowledge. Judi has both these qualities. Because Judi had sold our first house in North Lakes back in 2007, we decided to list with Judi Brown again in 2015. Judi did not disappoint and our house sold quickly. We were very happy about the sale price our house achieved. Judi has wonderful people skills and her positive and friendly nature make her a pleasure to deal with. We wish Judi all the best for the future and recommend her to future sellers.

Buyer's Rating - Steve Hawley
After searching thoroughly for two weeks we came across a house by chance and noted Steve's name on the "for sale" sign. We arranged an inspection with Steve who was punctual on the day. The house suited our needs completely and had the ambiance and street appeal we were seeking. After a few phone calls, we met with Steve a few days later over a coffee and put to him a price which he agreed to take to the owners. Steve called back to say the owners had accepted. So on this occasion, Steve did not get an opportunity to display his negotiating skills. Nevertheless, our personal assessment of Steve's integrity is very high.

Buying and selling with Steve Hawley. We're at the last stages of transactions as I write...... Buying Without hesitation Steve arranged a viewing in a short time frame to the house we decided this was going to be our home. Contracts were signed within 4 hours. Selling Now it was Steve's turn to sell ours. Hmm the weather was against our open home time slots!!! Torrential rain, heatwave, sporting events people were sparse to view......Steve kept a positive attitude to our home and our personal needs. Although data shows houses in the area were on the market 90 days Steve had a contract in place after 34 days. Now it pack, pack, pack.

Steve was a fantastic agent throughout the purchase of our family home. The whole process was smooth and Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable on the market and our home and was always available to help with any questions. I will certainly be contacting Steve for any future buying or selling.

From first buying a property advertised by Steve, we were so happy with how professional and passionate he was we decided to go through him to sell our property also. He was always honest with us which is rare to find in agents these days. He helped us sell our unit in less than a month and for a price much higher than any other agent valued the property for. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Steve made buying our first house one of the easiest things! He helped us negotiate a price that was affordable for us and now we have our first dream home. We were so happy to have dealt with Steve as he is an agent that actually cares about his clients! :-)
