Honest, Professional and Great Communicator.
We have been fortunate to have lived in many places and as such have dealt with many real estate agents. Simon stands out from the crowd as being exceptionally trustworthy and professional. He went above and beyond with communication and all my questions and requests were dealt with in a very friendly, professional timely manner. I would have no hesitation recommending Simon.

Tim was calm, and always communicated well. The team that worked with Tim were excellent and constant feedback and updates were delivered. Tim knows the area well, and had a good understanding of how long it would take to sell and what the final market price was going to be.

Simply the best!
Sacha was highly recommended to us by several different acquaintances and friends. The moment we met her in person we could see why. She pretty much had us at hello with her no-nonsence attitude that oozed experience and knowledge combined with friendly and warm personality. She knew her stuff, she fully understood us and our property, she was never sugar coating anything and above all she genuinely cared. We were her clients and she always acted with our best interest at heart. Selling property is always a bit of rollercoaster and truth can be hard sometimes, but throughout the process we always knew we were only getting exactly that - the truth. And a lot of hard work on our behalf. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years but this is the first time we truly felt fully supported in the process. And for that, on top of all the hard work, we are very grateful.

Tim gets the job done!
We were initially hesitant to go back on the market after a very expensive campaign with another agent which yielded zero offers. However, Tim impressed us with his in-depth market knowledge and can-do confidence. The first (and only) open house with Tim resulted in a swarm of buyers! By 8am on Monday we had received a strong offer from a quality buyer with the deal going unconditional within 5 business days. Tim has a great team supporting him that are friendly, efficient and professional. We cannot rate Tim highly enough!
